Open SmartUX Studio

This guide will walk you through a series of interactions within SmartUX Studio. From creating new projects to accessing logs and switching between components, follow the engaging instructions to navigate effectively.

1. Open SmartUX Studio

Now we are set to open the SmartUX studio. Here are the step-by-step instructions: – You can open SmartUX Studio from the Web Menu and click on Open in SmartUX studio Or – Click on the SmartUX studio icon Or – You can use a keyboard shortcut CTRL+Shift+X.

 

2. Select Template

A new browser window will be opened with the Create application screen. Select any template from the template list say Full Menu Template.

 

3. Click Create

Click on Create.

 

4. Overwrite the Main Program window in Magic xpa

Switch to XPA Studio. Here the studio is importing the project for the selected application template. Please click on Yes or No as per your preference.

 

5. App Create Window

Switch to the browser window. This window will show the progress of creating a new application. You can go through different links to see logs for specific steps.

 

6. App Create Window

You can go back to all logs view by clicking on Show All.

 

7. App Creation Completed

Once the app is created the OK button gets enabled. Click to complete the process and go to the created application.

 

8. Welcome component

Click on the Welcome component to open it in Canvas.

 

9. Click on Live Preview

To check the runtime of the application, click on the Live Preview icon.

This is the Live Preview in SmartUX studio.

 

11. Welcome component in Live Preview

Click on the Welcome in the Sidebar Navigation this will open the Welcome Component.

 

12. Open Live Preview in the New tab

Clicking on this button will open the Live Preview in a new tab without studio panes.
